Tim is very professional and did an excellent job in drying up my ceiling leak and helping me fix an issue with my AC unit. They were quick, clean and followed up on the job to ensure we were not having any issues. It didn’t feel like he was just there to make a buck like it can feel like with other companies, he not only seemed to care about the outcome of our issue but drove 45 minutes to an hour just come to my house and help fix it himself.

They performed 2 contract jobs for me. The first was was the complete encapsulation of the crawl space and the second recovery from water damage caused by a water heater leak. Both jobs were performed professionally, efficiently and on-time. The staff were courteous and worked effectively to get the jobs done. I would recommend this restoration company without reservation based on the service provided. They respond quickly and pricing is competitive.

The house was professionally dried and repaired quickly. Tim was our project manager, great communication, worked with our schedule,. Also did our repairs. The best tile, flooring, and painting crew. Everything exceeded our expectation.

Tim has done work several times over the years at our house and has always been very responsive and great on time to completion. This time was additional work in our basement from a plumbing leak. He and his team were here the morning after I called to not only identify and quote the issue but to do the work and stayed until it was completed. They were professional and did a fantastic job!

I found an area on the outside of my rental home that looked suspiciously like black mold, so I called to have it checked out. Tim answered the phone and had Brian come out to the house within an hour to take a look. Brian said it’s nothing to worry about, just a cosmetic issue – but I feel so much better having the opinion of a professional, all at no cost to me! Wow – what a great company to deal with! I cannot say enough good about Bryan, Scott, Aaron, Josh & Willie – professional, courteous, informative, and punctual! They treated my home as if it was there own! Our issue occurred over the Labor Day weekend and this company was there for us despite the holiday weekend! Hope I never need their service again, but if I do I will not hesitate to call them! Top notch!

Tim was awesome!!! Super responsive – literally showed up the next morning on a Saturday. Our issue was potentially mold – I’m always scared to call in a mold guy for fear that they will be dishonest – he was not!! He came out for free and gave an honest assessment of our issue. He even walked me through what to do about the issue. Would highly recommend!!

Mine and my husbands business know Tim Crane from past shared projects. However, yesterday late afternoon at 4pm I came home and noticed that our basement has all but flooded. I called my husband and then we decided to call Tim to see if he could help. I spoke to Tim and let him know that out basement was flowing with water. I called the 800 National number, and they transferred me to the local office. That same day, Scott came and checked out our crawl space….. He was on time and knowledgeable about the issue. Came back the next morning and cleaned everything up and I was good to go. I had a great experience overall.
